[edit] Mailing Options:

Domestic: 

 Priority - New dimensional weight has been introduced for parcels larger than a cubic foot in volume going to zones 5-8
    (over 600 miles). Despite the rate increases, Priority Mail still maintains its advantage for low-weight packages when 
    compared with private carrier ground rates. For more information, please click here.

 First Class - First-Class Mail rates will be based on shape: letters, flats, and parcels - parcels being the most 
    expensive, and lower weights increasing more than higher weights. For letters and flats, higher weight postal rates 
    actually decrease.  Electronic Delivery & Signature Confirmation are still only available for parcels in First-Class 
    Mail. For more information, please click here.

 Media Mail - Rates are increasing by up to 33%, with the steepest increases in the low-weight packages. Rates for 
    higher weight parcels actually decrease.

  • Letters - $0.41 (first ounce)
  • Large Envelopes - $0.80 (first ounce)
  • Packages - $1.13 (first ounce)

($0.17 each additional ounce for all above)

  • Flat Rate Boxes - $8.95
  • Flat Rate Envelopes - $4.60

  • $19.50


International:

  • International mail classes have now been simplified into 4 classes. For a diagram of this change, please click here. 
 Global Express Guaranteed - Track and trace capabilities, online discount with stealth postage 10%    
    (planned for a future release - not currently available through Endicia).

 Express Mail International - Tracking to major destinations, flat-rate envelope ($22 to Canada and Mexico, $25 to all 
    other countries), online discount with stealth postage 8%.

 Priority Mail International -  Tracking to major destinations, flat-rate envelopes for letters ($9 to Canada and Mexico,
    $11 to all other countries) and flat-rate boxes for parcels ($23 to Canada and Mexico, $37 to all other countries), online 
    discount with stealth postage 5%.  

 First-Class Mail International

Domestic:

  • First Class - Still parcels only
  • Media Mail
  • Priority - All items are eligible

International:

  • Global Express Guaranteed - Planned for a future release - not currently available through Endicia
  • Express Mail International - Tracking to major destinations
  • Priority Mail International - Tracking to major destinations
