The basic record format is:

BD|binding (hardcover/paperback/etc.)

IS|available/sold
IM|image-url
MT|category
PP|place published
DP|date published

JK|jacket condition
KE|keywords
WT|weight (followed by oz, lb or kg)
XA|4
XB|1 if available, 5 if sold

XD|S

The header should be:

• Line 1 — User Id
• Line 2 — "BOOKS"
• Line 3 — Date (YYYY-MM-DD)
• Line 4 — Time (HH:MM:SS)
• Line 5 — Blank [CR] [LF]
