[edit] Single Item FAQ
Q: 1. What does "Wrong Title" mean?
A: If you entered an ISBN, ASIN or UPC and the bibliographic data that you was returned was wrong, you can click on "Wrong Title" and our system will perform a search on Amazon looking for the right title.
If the information does not update to the correct data, you should contact Amazon directly to notify them of the error.
Q: 2. What does "Override Title" mean?
A: You can override the title that is displaying with your listing. Currently, the overwritten title is only exported to eBay and not to other marketplaces.
Q: 3. Can I disable "International/Expedited Shipping" for specific Marketplaces?
A: eBay is the only individual market for which you can disable this setting. On your eBay settings page you would remove values from the Expedited and International Shipping fields.
Q: 4. How do I disable "International/Expedited Shipping" for all of my items?
A: You can accomplish this in one of two ways:
- 1. Import an Amazon tab-delimited file with the "will-ship-internationally" and "expedited-shipping" fields set to "1" (1=No) for all of your listings.
OR
- 2. Click "Inventory" -> "Condition & Price". Uncheck all boxes and click "Search" to bring up all of your listings. Click "Disable All Int'l/Expedited' and Save the change. You will need to Purge and Replace all of your markets for this change to take place.
Q: 5. What is "Base Price"?
A: Base price is the price that you set for your items. This is also the price that we will export to all markets, unless you have provided Market-Specific Prices.
Q: 6. Can I upload pictures for my listings?
A: Yes. Your images must be hosted and entered on the "Single Item" page without spaces. If there are spaces in your URL, the images will not be displayed on the marketplaces.
Q: 7. What is the purpose of the "Market-Specific Prices" fields?
A:You can tell FillZ which prices you would like to have displayed on each Market.
Q: 8. Can I easily add the same phrase to my "Notes" field?
A: Yes. You can use the "Note Shortcuts" link under "Settings" to enter text that you think you will need to use more than once. To use the Shortcut feature, please follow the instructions below:
- 1. In your FillZ account, click "Setting" --> "Note Shortcuts".
- 2. Enter your shortcut name and the text for the note and click "Save".
- 3. To use your short cuts, click "Condition & Price" and search for the item you wish to edit.
- 4. In the item list, click on the note area. An insert menu will pop up. Your shortcut names will show up in the insert menu.

Q: 16. How do I prevent a listing from going to a specific marketplace?
A:From this page, you can enter "0" in the "Market Specific Price" field. For example, if you wanted your item to go to all of your active marketplaces except for Alibris, you could enter "0" in field beside Alibris and click "Update". This change will automatically be exported to Alibris.
Q: 17. How do I prevent a listing from going to any marketplaces?
A: On this page, you can do one of two things. You can either remove the check box beside "Make Active" and save the change or you can change the quantity from "X" to "0" and click "Update". We will send a delete file to all of the marketplaces to remove the item.
Q: 18. What does “Switch to zShop item” mean?
A: "zShop" refers to Amazon's old designation for items that did not have ISBNs, ASINs or UPCs. We will be editing the terminology on our site to be in line with the more widely accepted "Non-catalog" distinction.
