My Information

The Name and email address you fill into this section are what buyers will see in your confirmation emails. The email address will also be the one that FillZ uses if we need to contact you.

Change Password

If you would like to change your FillZ password, you just need to enter your new password two times on this page, and then save your changes.

You can also generate/change your FTP or API token on this page (if you need access to our FTP or API). Please note that you only need an FTP or API token if you have automated your FillZ account. To learn more about automation, please click here.

Email Customization

You can fill in this section if you would like FillZ to send email confirmations to your buyers when you move orders to Complete status. You can also configure cancellation and deferral emails in this area. For detailed instructions that explain how you can customize your emails, please click here.

Packing Slip

There are two different customization options for your packing slips: text and HTML. For information on how to customize your Packing Slips, please click here. See the "Misc." section for more barcode options.

Postage (Endicia/DAZzle)

You can configure your Postage Settings if you have access to an Endicia Premium account and are using DAZzle.

Layout file path field will be overridden with what you have configured in your DAZzle software.

Max weight to auto-upgrade to First Class - Fill in a weight if you would like to limit shipments that are sent first class

Delivery Confirmation - You can have this set to "Only for Priority" or for All orders. If you set it to All orders you can use the Minimum order total for non-Priority Delivery Confirm field on the line below to limit order amounts that get delivery confirmation, if you don't want it on for all orders.

Default weight - If FillZ can't provide a weight for an item, or you have global weight estimates turned off and you haven't provided your own weights, then you can set the default weight that we will display. We recommend you fill this in with a zero if FillZ is providing weights so it will be easy to know if we are unable to find the weight for an item.

Do not use global weight estimates - FillZ will automatically download weights for items from Amazon and pad them by 10% to help cover shipping materials. If you don't want us to provide this data, check this box.

Default Priority to Flat Rate - Check this box if you would like to default priority to flat rate shipping.

Estimate postage from Zip code - If you fill your Zip code into this box, FillZ will be able to estimate the cost of shipping your orders to the buyers using different postage methods so you can easily decide how to ship your orders. This data comes from USPS.

Maximum postage batch size (number of orders) - By default the postage will only show 25 orders. This is what happens if you do not fill a number into this field. If you have a large volume of sales and would like to print postage for more orders at a time, you can change this number. The maximum number you can enter into this field is 400.

Import

In this section you can choose various defaults to be applied when the import file doesn't specified certain fields.

Please note:

  • You cannot disable this feature for select Marketplaces. If you set the flags to either yes or no, these settings apply to all of the Markets.
  • If you are uploading an Amazon Open-Listings Report, please ensure that the "will-ship-internationally" and "expedited-shipping" fields correspond with your selection on the settings page. Import files will override your settings.

Export

Only sellers located in the UK need to change this setting. This will set your location to the UK, so if you specify 'no' for international shipping, your Amazon listings will be available for shipping within the UK, just not elsewhere.

Misc.

  • You will also find the following settings options:
    • Add barcode to packing slip and pull list?
    • Use alternative barcode symbology (ITF instead of Code39)?
    • Add cost field to Condition/Price page?
    • Send market-specific prices as is - do not perform currency conversion?
