To get to this page, log into your FillZ account, then click on "Settings"->"Marketplaces"

Go to this page if you need to configure marketplaces, activate marketplaces, or initiate purges.

Configuring and Activating Marketplaces

To configure marketplaces, click on "Configuration for ____" for each marketplace you wish to configure. You will need to come back to this page in order to activate the marketplaces. For detailed instructions, please click here.

Purging

If you would like to purge an active marketplace (have FillZ delete what is on the marketplace, and send a full up to date copy of your FillZ inventory), look under the marketplace name that you would like to purge and click on 'purge'. You will then need to click to 'confirm purge and replace'. Please note that FillZ is not able to do a purge without sending a replacement file to the marketplace.

Please note that there are two exceptions to this process:

1. Purging your Half.com inventory:

1. Sign into your account on FillZ.
2. Click "Settings" -> "Marketplaces" -> "Manual Purge."
3. Click "Click here to obtain an Inventory Snapshot."
4. You will be asked to sign in to your Half.com account in order to request the snapshot.
5. Once you have received the snapshot (you'll receive an e-mail when it's ready), you may want to ZIP the file if there are more than 2000 items listed.
6. Log back into FillZ and click on Click "Settings" -> "Marketplaces" -> "Manual Purge", then browse your system and upload your file by clicking "Submit File."

• If your inventory is higher than 30K, please let us know once you've requested the purge as we will need to approve it.

2. EBay
