[edit] Becoming a Seller on eCampus:
- For information on the eCampus Marketplace program, click here.
- To register on eCampus, click here.
- Once you have become a seller, please contact elazur@ecampus.com to request an FTP account. In the email, please include your account user name. This is required to allow FillZ to communicate with the eCampus marketplace.
[edit] Getting Paid by eCampus
- eCampus issues payments by check to sellers on the 15th and the last day of each month.
- Commission fees are 15% of your list price.
- eCampus offers a shipping reimbursement of $2.97 per book for Ground Shipping, $7.99 per book for 2nd Day and $16.99 per book for Overnight.
[edit] Activating eCampus in FillZ:
- eCampus must be activated using one of the Custom Market configurations on your Settings page; however, we are able to pull this market's orders for you and your inventory will be adjusted automatically when orders are created in FillZ.
- Please note: on the main page in FillZ, the status field under Exports will display "GOOD", but the status under orders will remain blank. It will appear as shown below:
This is normal for any marketplace activated using one of the Custom Market slots. If you suspect that the configuration is not working properly, please send us an email at support@fillz.com and we will investigate.
[edit] Processing Orders
- Important: Because eCampus is only semi-integrated, you are still required to process orders directly through the market, as order confirmation is not enabled currently. ***Please remember to wait until the order appears in FillZ, before you process it on eCampus.
- There are two ways that you can process orders on eCampus: individually or bulk
- Individually: Log in to eCampus and process each order. **Tracking information must be provided at time of confirmation.
- Bulk: Shipped order confirmation files may be used to complete sale transactions. Confirmation files will be processed hourly. The files are created in a comma delimited format and are named: confirmation_YYYYMMDDhhmmss.csv.
The confirmation file must include these named fields in the following order:
Catalog ID / Action / TrackingNumber / ShippingMethod
Catalog ID = integer provided by the order file Action = {0} to cancel - {1} to confirm TrackingNumber = string up to 50 characters ShippingMethod = {0} other - {1} USPS - {2} UPS - {3} DHL - {4} FedEx
When confirmation files are processed, data validation is verified on each line. If there is a problem with any line in the file, a log file will be created listing the errors.
Orders will expire if not processed within 72 hours
[edit] How to Activate eCampus in FillZ:
[edit] Configure:
1. To begin activation, please click "Settings" -> "Marketplaces" -> "Configuration for Custom X" (choose from 1-6).
2. In the FTP Hostname field enter "marketplace.ecampus.com".
3. Enter the FTP User ID and FTP Password you received from eCampus when you set up your FTP account with them.
4. Choose "Amazon - tab separated" as the file format.
5. Click "Save".

1. Click "Marketplaces".
2. Click"Activate" under "Configuration for Custom X" (1-6).
3. Confirm "Activation and Purge".
4. FillZ will purge your listings on the marketplace and automatically re-send your complete FillZ inventory. Any items added that are not present in your FillZ inventory will be deleted from the Marketplace.
[edit] Market Settings:
Suspend Exports: You can check this box if you do NOT want FillZ to make any changes to this marketplace for you. This will prevent us from sending any exports (new listings, updates, de-lists, etc.) to the marketplace.
Deletes Only: You can check this box if you do NOT want FillZ to list any items to this marketplace but to send deletes only. FillZ will only send a delete to the marketplaces when the item is sold out. If there is a quantity of more than 1 for an item, and 1 copy of that item is sold, we won't send anything to the marketplaces. If the quantity drops to "0" we will send the delete file to remove that item from the Market. We will also not send additions/updates to the marketplaces if the "Send deletes only" box is marked.
Append venue-specific text to item note: Anything that you add to this field will appear in your "Notes/Description" field on this market only.
[edit] Important Notes about eCampus
- It may take 24-48 hours for price changes to be indexed on eCampus.
- eCampus can only support books on the Marketplace at this time. They do plan on supporting other media items in the future.
- only sellers based in the US can sell on eCampus.
- eCampus processes payments on behalf of its sellers.
- At this time, when you log in to your marketplace account on eCampus, your true inventory count is unavailable. They are working on fixing this.
