eBay ProStores is an e-commerce ("shopping cart") solution acquired by eBay in 2005. It allows a seller to create their own storefront under their own domain.

Important Notes:

  • ProStores is not currently supported by FillZ, but we are testing it.
  • ProStores doesn't handle linked images. We will convert linked image URLs to local file names. The seller would then have to upload product images by FTP into the "product" subdirectory on their ProStores account.
  • Browse-paths are important. If you don't have browse-paths in your inventory, all of your items will be under the top-level categories. If you have more than 1000 items, this will make browsing your inventory on your ProStores site too slow to be useful.
