[edit] Becoming a Seller on the BookByte:
- To sign up as a seller on , click [ here].
- Once you have created a seller account on BookByte, please contact to request an FTP account. In the email, please mention that you are a FillZ user and quote your BookByte seller account name and email address.
[edit] Important Notes about BookByte
[edit] FillZ-specific Notes:
- BookByte must be activated using one of the Custom Market configurations on your Settings page. At this time, we are unable to pull this market's orders for you. If you sell an item on BookByte, you must log in to your FillZ account and delete the item in order for your inventory to remain in synch.
Note: You are required to process orders directly on the market, as order confirmation is not enabled currently.

Below, you will find instructions on how to Configure and Activate BookByte in your FillZ Account:
[edit] Configure:
1. To begin activation, please click "Settings" -> "Marketplaces" -> "Configuration for Custom X" (choose from 1-6).
2. In the FTP Hostname field enter "ftp.bookbyte.com".
3. Enter the FTP User ID and FTP Password you received from BookByte when you requested an FTP account.
4. Choose "UIEE" as the file format.
5. Click "Save".

1. Click "Marketplaces".
2. Click"Activate" under "Configuration for Custom X" (1-6).
3. Confirm "Activation and Purge."
4. FillZ will purge your listings on the marketplace and automatically re-send your complete FillZ inventory. Any items added that are not present in your FillZ inventory will be deleted from the Marketplace.
[edit] Market Settings:
Suspend Exports: You can check this box if you do NOT want FillZ to make any changes to this marketplace for you. This will prevent us from sending any exports (new listings, updates, de-lists, etc.) to the marketplace.
Deletes Only: You can check this box if you do NOT want FillZ to list any items to this marketplace but to send deletes only. FillZ will only send a delete to the marketplaces when the item is sold out. If there is a quantity of more than 1 for an item, and 1 copy of that item is sold, we won't send anything to the marketplaces. If the quantity drops to "0" we will send the delete file to remove that item from the Market. We will also not send additions/updates to the marketplaces if the "Send deletes only" box is marked.
Append venue-specific text to item note: Anything that you add to this field will appear in your "Notes/Description" field on this market only.
