Market:Alibris
From MediaSell
General notes:
- Alibris can be slow to process import files (up to 12 hours).
- Alibris has several partner programs, including the high volume Barnes and Nobles program.
- They require the seller to put Alibris as the return address for items shipped. This means sellers should normally use their packing slip.
- Alibris supports used, hard-to-find, collectible, and new book, music, and movie products for sale with Alibris. They accept any format including: hardback, paperback and audio books, CDs, vinyl records, cassettes, VHS tapes, DVDs, laserdiscs, and more. Since eBooks are considered software, they do not support the sale of eBooks. Accepts: Non-ISBN, zShop, non-catologue items.
- Alibris does not accept or support the uploading or listing of personal images in any form from sellers, publishers or authors.
FillZ Notes:
- If you are using the checkbox "Enable auto-confirmation on marketplace(when order moved to 'In-Process')" FillZ will confirm the order as it is moved to In Process. If there is a problem confirming the order, FillZ will not let you move the order.
- If this checkbox is not checked, the orders will be confirmed a few hours after the order is moved to Shipped.
- If order isn't confirmed in 48 business hours then it is cancelled.
- We recommend that you use the Alibris packing slip, since Alibris has specific requirements regarding this.
- If you wantt to add extra info in edit item then use the Additional Attributes.
- Alibris allows users to list on Barns & Noble and orders come to Alibris. If users selects this option, FillZ will get retrieve orders along with all their Alibris orders. However we don't have the order number for these orders. Users can process Barns & Noble orders through fillz - it is just a bit harder to track them.
