[edit] Becoming a Seller on the A1Marketplace Program:
- To sign up as a seller on A1Books.com, click here.
- Once you have created a seller account on A1Books.com, please contact seller@a1books.com to request an FTP account. In the email, please mention that you are a FillZ user and quote your A1 seller account nickname and email ID.
[edit] Important Notes about A1Books.com
In your A1Books account, the Default File Layout setting in the 'Edit My Seller Profile' link should be set to 'Amazon Format'. Inventory file uploads will fail if any other option is chosen. If you have any questions about this setting, please send an email to seller@a1books.com
[edit] FillZ-specific Notes:
- A1Books.com must be activated using one of the Custom Market configurations on your Settings page; however, we are able to pull this market's orders for you and your inventory will be adjusted automatically when orders are created in FillZ.
- Please note: on the main page in FillZ, the status field under Exports will display "GOOD", but the status under orders will remain blank. It will appear as shown below:
This is normal for any marketplace activated using one of the Custom Market slots. If you suspect that the configuration is not working properly, please send an email to support@fillz.com and we will investigate.
Note: You are still required to process orders directly on the market, as order confirmation is not enabled currently. ***Please remember to wait until the order appears in FillZ, before you process it on A1Books.com.

Below, you will find instructions on how to Configure and Activate a1Books in your FillZ Account:
[edit] Configure:
1. To begin activation, please click "Settings" -> "Marketplaces" -> "Configuration for Custom X" (choose from 1-6).
2. In the FTP Hostname field enter "mkt.a1books.com".
3. Enter the FTP User ID and FTP Password you received from A1Books when you set up your FTP account.
4. Choose "Amazon - tab separated" as the file format.
5. Click "Save".

1. Click "Marketplaces".
2. Click"Activate" under "Configuration for Custom X" (1-6).
3. Confirm "Activation and Purge."
4. FillZ will purge your listings on the marketplace and automatically re-send your complete FillZ inventory. Any items added that are not present in your FillZ inventory will be deleted from the Marketplace.
[edit] Market Settings:
Suspend Exports: You can check this box if you do NOT want FillZ to make any changes to this marketplace for you. This will prevent us from sending any exports (new listings, updates, de-lists, etc.) to the marketplace.
Deletes Only: You can check this box if you do NOT want FillZ to list any items to this marketplace but to send deletes only. FillZ will only send a delete to the marketplaces when the item is sold out. If there is a quantity of more than 1 for an item, and 1 copy of that item is sold, we won't send anything to the marketplaces. If the quantity drops to "0" we will send the delete file to remove that item from the Market. We will also not send additions/updates to the marketplaces if the "Send deletes only" box is marked.
Append venue-specific text to item note: Anything that you add to this field will appear in your "Notes/Description" field on this market only.
