When items are added or modified, items will not be repriced until the seller manually runs the script in his/her reprice page.
It is possible for added and modified items to be exported to the marketplace before they are repriced. To prevent items from being uploaded before they are repriced, you should suspend exports on all marketplaces before you add or modify inventory, manually run your pricing script and then unsuspend the markets.
