To get to the Mange Orders page, log into your FillZ account and click on Orders

You can search by ISBN, SKU, FillZ order number, and marketplace order number. The search feature will also look for a keyword in fields including title, address, buyer email, and buyer name.

The Update Status All Checked button moves all selected orders to the status selected in the drop-down menu. For example, all checked New orders can be moved to In Process status.

Clicking on the check mark in the green bar will select or de-select all orders (check mark is located in the column on the far left).

Clicking on the order ID below will open a packing slip for this order in a new window.

Clicking on an email address in an order will pop up your email client so you can easily send emails to buyers.

Each order is identified by a number, e.g. #3274470. The items that are part of the order are displayed on the right. This information is also displayed on the packing slip.

If an item was allocated when the order came in, its location will be displayed in square brackets. The location will be '-' if no location was specified for the SKU.

If an item could not be allocated, N/A! will appear.

If an order comes in for an item (SKU) that could not be located in your inventory, UNMATCHED will appear on the order.
