1. How do I create an Amazon format file?

A: If you wish to send a file in Amazon Tab-separated format, please read the instructions found at the link below. They will walk you through creating a tab-delimited text file:

Please note that we require the following fields as a minimum if you wish to import your file:

  • sku
  • product-id
  • product-id-type
  • condition
  • price

2. What is the difference between "Import" and "Advanced Import"?

A: The Standard Import feature will not allow you to do any of the following:

  • Decrease your inventory by more than 25%.
  • Choose which items you wish to import from your file.
  • Increase the quantity of items.

3. What if I don't have my inventory saved in a file on my computer?

A: You can choose any one of the following options:

  • Create a file either using a software program or an excel spreadsheet.
  • Add items one by one using by clicking "Inventory" -> "Single Item".
  • Add inventory in bulk using the "Inventory Input" page. For more information on how you can use the "Inventory Input page, please click here.

4. Do you accept .CSV format files?

A: We are unable to accept .CSV file formats at this time. If you are a brand new FillZ client and have received an Inventory Snapshot in .CSV format from Half.com, please contact us.

5. How do I add "Weights" to my inventory?

A: Currently, we have two methods that you can use to add weights to your inventory: you can import a file with your weights or you can add weights to your orders on the postage page.
