Special note for editing in Excel if your SKUs that begin with 0:

  • By default, Excel drops preceding zeroes from number sequences. If your FillZ inventory contains SKUs that start with 0 and you export a copy of your inventory from FillZ, then import it back into FillZ without the 0's, you will create new listings in FillZ and duplicate your inventory. To avoid this, be sure to open your export file this way if you wish to exit it with Excel:
  1. Open Excel.
  2. Click File->Open.
  3. Locate the file you downloaded from FillZ and click Open.
  4. Select Delimited then click Next.
  5. Check the box beside Tab then click Next.
  6. Highlight all of the data under "data preview" (select the first column, hold hold down the shift key on your keyboard, then select the last column to highlight everything).
  7. Check the box beside Text and click Finish.
