To get to the Condition & Price page, log into your FillZ account and click on "Inventory"->"Condition & Price"

What is the Condition & Price Feature?

  • The Condition & Price page allows sellers to quickly edit Quantity, Condition, Notes, Price and Cost.
  • This page also allows you to review competitive pricing for Amazon.com, Amazon.de, Amazon.co.uk and AbeBooks and price your books accordingly. To view your competitor's prices on any one of these markets, click the market's name under "Market Price"
  • To see your entire inventory on this page, uncheck the "Only items with missing price" box and click "Filter".

Features of the Condition & Price Page

  • You can sort this page by SKU, Title/ASIN/UPC, Market Standing, Open-Date and Last-Modified.
  • You can filter out your listings by choosing items that are missing prices and/or conditions. If you want to review your entire inventory, remove the check marks and click "Search."
  • To add a price to your listing, simply click on one of the competitive prices offered (appearing in blue) under "Market" and your listing will automatically be priced $.05 lower. Alternatively, you can manually add your own price.
  • If you have the setting enabled, you will also be able to compare your "Base Price" to your "Cost." To enable this feature, click "Settings," scroll down the page, check the box beside "Add cost field to Condition/Price page?" and click "Save."
  • You can globally enable/disable International and Expedited shipping for your listings.
  • You can select Conditions for your items from the drop down lists.
  • You can fill in notes for your items. If you find that you enter the same notes frequently, you can create note shortcuts. To do this, go to the Settings->Note Shortcuts page and fill in the blanks. When you go back to the "Condition & Price" page and mouse over the notes field, you will see the names of your quick notes. Just click on a name for the note to be added.

What Information You Will Find

  • Your SKU, Title, ASIN, UPC, Quantity, Condition Notes, International/Expedited flags, Base Price, Cost.
  • In addition to the information above, you can also review the List Price Amazon's Retail Price, Sales Rank, and age of pricing data. Some items will also include Global Averages such as Average Sell Price and Average Number of Days on the Market.
