You must have an Amazon.com Pro-Merchant account in order for FillZ to communicate with this venue.. Please ensure that you have set your Preferences in your Amazon Account.

  1. To begin activation, please click "Settings" -> "Marketplaces" -> "Configuration for Amazon.ca".
  2. Fill in the email address you use on Amazon.ca.
  3. Fill in the password you use on Amazon.ca.
  4. Click "Save and Verify." You should receive the following message: "Verify successful. Seller ID is XXXXXXXXXXXXXX. Changes saved." If you receive an error message, please verify your Amazon account information.
  5. Enter a value for the Order Retrieval interval. 1 hour is the minimum and 4 hours is the default. We will retrieve your orders according to the time-frame you specify. Please note: It takes at least 1 hour to retrieve new orders from your marketplaces, adjust the quantities and export changes to other venues.
  6. There is one option for the export format, Amazon-Tab Separated, and it will already be selected.
  7. Optional Settings:
• Suspend Exports:
      You can check this box if you do NOT want FillZ to make any changes to this  marketplace for you.  This will 
      prevent us from sending any exports (new listings, updates, deletes, etc.) to the marketplace.  
• Send Deletes Only:
      You can check this box if you do NOT want FillZ to list any items to this marketplace but to send deletes only.  
      FillZ will only send a delete to the marketplaces when the item is sold.  If there is a quantity of more than 1 for an item, 
      and 1 copy of that item is sold, we won't send anything to the marketplaces.  If the quantity drops to "0" we will send the 
      delete file to remove that item from Amazon.  We will also not send additions/updates to the marketplaces if the "Send deletes
      only" box is marked.
• Append venue-specific text to item note:
      Anything that you add to this field will appear in your "Notes/Description" field on this
      market only.
• Always send items, regardless of international flag?
      If you check this box and have items that are set to 'no' for international shipping, the items will be sent to Amazon.ca. 
      If you do not check this box, only items with 'yes' set for international shipping will be sent to Amazon.ca.
  1. Click "Save".
  2. To finish the activation, click on "Back to List" under 'My Marketplaces' at the top of the page.
  3. Click "Activate" under Configuration for Amazon.ca.
  4. Click "Confirm activate and purge".
