Overview

This is a comprehensive list of all of the Marketplaces FillZ currently supports. Scroll down the page to view the instructions for all Marketplaces, or click on any Marketplace name to be redirected to a specific activation help page.

Important: Please ensure that you have already registered for and established an account with each Marketplace before you attempt to activate through FillZ.

After you have activated your Marketplaces, FillZ will begin sending exports immediately. We will begin retrieving your orders from the Markets within half hour of activation. We also retrieve orders extending back to a week before you started with FillZ to ensure that no orders have been missed.

For orders that have already been processed prior to registering with FillZ, please make sure they are moved to "Cancelled" status. To learn more about Processing Your Orders, click here.

To activate any of the marketplaces below, log in to your FillZ account and follow the instructions:

  1. Currency Settings:
• Marketplace accepts prices in:
Use this drop down to select the currency that your marketplace account is set up to accept. Some marketplaces only have one
option, while others may have several. If you change this setting, click Update to lock in the change.
• You will need to assign a currency to your Base Price if you haven't already done so (ie. is your currency in USD, or a different
currency?). Also, if the marketplace is set up to accept a currency that is different from your base price, you will need to
choose how you would like exchange rates to be calculated. Click on the link that says currency settings to set both of
     these.
• Price Padding:
Depending on your settings, you might see a section that looks like this:
                       Image:CurrencyExample.jpg
     Or like this:
                     Image:CurrencyExample2.jpg
You can edit the Fixed Amount if you would like to mark up your items by a fixed number (such as to help cover shipping)
when being sent the marketplace. You can also add an amount to multiply the total of (base price plus fixed amount times
exchange rate if there is one) if you wish. This will increase or decrease the total number by multiplying it by a number so
you can adjust the total by a percentage.
• You will also need to use a drop down to tell FillZ what currency your market-specific prices are in.
  1. Click "Save".
  2. To finish the activation, click on "Back to List" under 'My Marketplaces' at the top of the page.
  3. Click "Activate" under Configuration for AbeBooks.

  • Payments: Gemm allows sellers to process their own payments. We may grab an order before the payment is received. The payment status will be "UNKNOWN" for these orders. Our system currently can't update payment status. You'll have to manually track it based on Gemm's email. We suggest you move all Gemm orders with "UNKNOWN" payment status to DEFERRED and move them to IN-PROCESS to ship them after you get a payment confirmation email from Gemm.
  • Shipping: You can configure your own shipping method choices on Gemm. We'll display your shipping method text as it is up to 80 characters. This limit is set by Gemm. However, no default postage method will be applied to orders from Gemm. You'll always need to reset mail method for these orders.

Play

  1. To begin activation, please click "Settings" -> "Marketplaces" -> "Configuration for Play.com."
  2. Enter your Play email address and password. Click Save & Verify. If you receive an error message, please review your Play account information.
  3. Enter a value for the Order Retrieval interval. 1 hour is the minimum and 4 hours is the default. We will retrieve your orders according to the time-frame you specify. Please note: It takes at least 1 hour to retrieve new orders from your marketplaces, adjust the quantities and export changes to other venues.
  4. The file format should remain as "Play.com - tab separated".
  5. The minimum price for Play in Euro is 1.59, the minimum price in Pounds is 0.98. By default, we will mark items that are less than the specified amount. You have the option to change this.
  6. Optional Settings:
• Suspend Exports:
You can check this box if you do NOT want FillZ to make any changes to this marketplace for you. This will
prevent us from sending any exports (new listings, updates, deletes, etc.) to the marketplace.
• Send Deletes Only:
You can check this box if you do NOT want FillZ to list any items to this marketplace but to send deletes only.
FillZ will only send a delete to the marketplaces when the item is sold. If there is a quantity of more than 1 for an item,
and 1 copy of that item is sold, we won't send anything to the marketplaces. If the quantity drops to "0" we will send the
delete file to remove that item from Amazon. We will also not send additions/updates to the marketplaces if the "Send deletes
      only" box is marked.
• Prepend venue-specific text to item note:
Anything that you add to this field will appear before the information in your "Notes/Description" field on this
      market only.
• Append venue-specific text to item note:
Anything that you add to this field will appear after the information in your "Notes/Description" field on this
      market only.

Depending on whether you select Euros or GBP as the currency the marketplace is expecting, the section will either look like:

           Image:Play1.jpg

     or like:

           Image:Play2.jpg

• You can either leave the default fixed conversion as-is, manually adjust it, or you can have FillZ use your global currency
settings. If do not want us to send prices to Play in a second currency (in addition to the currency you selected for the
"Marketplace accepts prices in __" field), select "fixed conversion" and set the rate to 0.0.
  1. Click "Save".
  2. To finish the activation, click on "Back to List" under 'My Marketplaces' at the top of the page.
  3. Click "Activate" under Configuration for Play.
  4. Click "Confirm activate and purge" if you are OK with FillZ replacing your current Amazon inventory with what is in FillZ.

FillZ will only send a delete to the marketplaces when the item is sold. If there is a quantity of more than 1 for an item,
