Overview

This is a comprehensive list of all of the Marketplaces FillZ currently supports. Scroll down the page to view the instructions for all Marketplaces, or click on any Marketplace name to be redirected to a specific activation help page.

Please ensure that you have already registered for and established an account with each Marketplace before you attempt to activate through FillZ.

• To activate any of the marketplaces below, log in to your FillZ account and follow the instructions:

AbeBooks

If you were an AbeBooks seller prior to joining FillZ, please contact AbeBooks to notify them that you will be using FillZ as your inventory management program.

Configure:

1. To begin activation, please click "Settings" -> "Marketplaces" -> "Configuration for AbeBooks."

2. Enter your AbeBooks Seller ID, the email address you use to access your AbeBooks account and your password. Click Save & Verify. If you receive an error message, please review your AbeBooks account information.

3. Enter a value for the Order Retrieval interval. 1 hour is the minimum and 4 hours is the default. We will retrieve your orders according to the time-frame you specify. Please note: It takes at least 1 hour to retrieve new orders from your marketplaces, adjust the quantities and export changes to other venues.

4. The file format should remain as "UIEE."

5. Click "Save."

Last Step: Activate

1. Click "Marketplaces."

2. Click"Activate" under Configuration for AbeBooks.

3. Confirm "Activation and Purge."

4. FillZ will purge your listings on the marketplace and automatically re-send your complete FillZ inventory. Any items added that are not present in your FillZ inventory will be deleted from the Marketplace.

Alibris

Configure:

1. To begin activation, please click "Settings" -> "Marketplaces" -> "Configuration for Alibris."

2. Enter your Alibris Seller ID (this must be in upper case) and password.

3. The file format should remain as "UIEE."

4. Enter a value for the Order Retrieval interval. 1 hour is the minimum and 4 hours is the default. We will retrieve your orders according to the time-frame you specify. Please note: It takes at least 1 hour to retrieve new orders from your marketplaces, adjust the quantities and export changes to other venues.

5. Click "Save."

Last Step: Activate

1. Click "Marketplaces."

2. Click "Activate" under Configuration for Alibris.

3. Confirm "Activation and Purge."

4. FillZ will purge your listings on the marketplace and automatically re-send your complete FillZ inventory. Any items added that are not present in your FillZ inventory will be deleted from the Marketplace.

Please note: When you activate Alibris through FillZ, we automatically email Alibris to request that they turn on EDI for your account. FillZ won't be able to retrieve any orders until Alibris turns this on. We ask that you process orders directly on Alibris until they start coming into FillZ, as we will only be able to retrieve orders that are received AFTER EDI is turned on.

Amazon

You must have an Amazon.com Pro-Merchant account in order for FillZ to communicate with this venue.. Please ensure that you have set your Preferences in your Amazon Account.

Configure:

1. To begin activation, please click "Settings" -> "Marketplaces" -> "Configuration for Amazon."

2. Enter your Amazon e-mail address and password and click "Save and Verify." You should receive the following message: "Verify successful. Seller ID is XXXXXXXXXXXXXX. Changes saved." If you receive an error message, please verify your Amazon account information.

3. Enter a value for the Order Retrieval interval. 1 hour is the minimum and 4 hours is the default. We will retrieve your orders according to the time-frame you specify. Please note: It takes at least 1 hour to retrieve new orders from your marketplaces, adjust the quantities and export changes to other venues.

4. There is one option for the export format, Amazon-Tab Separated, and it will already be selected.

5. Click "Save."

Last Step: Activate

1. Click "Marketplaces."

2. Click "Activate" under Configuration for Amazon.

3. Confirm "Activation and Purge."

4. FillZ will purge your listings on the marketplace and automatically re-send your complete FillZ inventory. Any items added that are not present in your FillZ inventory will be deleted from the Marketplace.

Barnes and Noble

Configure:

1. To begin activation, please click "Settings" -> "Marketplaces" -> "Configuration for Barnes and Noble."

2. Enter your BNBQ email address, FTP User ID, regular BNBQ password, and FTP Password

3. The only file format acceptable for export to BNBQ is "UIEE."

4. Enter a value for the Order Retrieval interval. You have a choice of 1, 2, 3 or 4. 1 hour is the minimum and 4 hours is the default. We will retrieve your orders according to the time-frame you specify.

5. Fill in the "Append venue-specific text to item note" field if you want to have text added to your descriptions when we send your listings to BNBQ.

6. The minimum price for BNBQ is $1.99. By default, we will mark items that are less than this amount up to $1.99. You have the option to change this.

7. Click "Save".

Last Step: Activate

1. Click "Marketplaces."

2. Click "Activate" under Configuration for Barnes and Noble.

3. Confirm "Activation and Purge."

4. FillZ will send a complete copy of your inventory to BNBQ.

• Please note that if you already have inventory listed on BNBQ, you will need to do a manual purge after this step. To do a manual purge, go to the Settings->Marketplaces->Configuration for Barnes and Noble page and follow the steps.

Biblio

Please note: You must contact Biblio customer support before activating your account to request an FTP account and to ensure that they enable order automation for your account.

Configure:

1. To begin activation, please click "Settings" -> "Marketplaces" -> "Configuration for Biblio."

2. Enter your Biblio FTP ID and your password.

3. Enter a value for the Order Retrieval interval. 1 hour is the minimum and 4 hours is the default. We will retrieve your orders according to the time-frame you specify.

4. The only file format acceptable for export to Biblio is "UIEE."

5. Click "Save & Verify." You should receive this message: "Verify successful. Changes saved."

Last Step: Activate

1. Click "Marketplaces."

2. Click "Activate" under Configuration for Biblio.

3. Confirm "Activation and Purge."

4. FillZ will purge your listings on the marketplace and automatically re-send your complete FillZ inventory. Any items added that are not present in your FillZ inventory will be deleted from the Marketplace.

Chrislands

Please note: You must contact Chrislands to request FillZ integration for your account. Enabling this feature is required to allow FillZ to retrieve orders from Chrislands.

Configure:

1. To begin activation, please click "Settings" -> "Marketplaces" -> "Configuration for Chrislands."

2. Enter your Chrislands Seller ID, FTP User ID, FTP password and the email address you use to access your Chrislands account. Chrislands should provide you with all of the information required to activate this market on FillZ.

3. The file format should remain as "UIEE."

4. Enter a value for the Order Retrieval interval. 1 hour is the minimum and 4 hours is the default. It takes at least 1 hour to retrieve new orders from your marketplaces, adjust the quantities and export changes to other venues.

5. Click "Save."

Last Step: Activate

1. Click "Marketplaces."

2. Click"Activate" under Configuration for Chrislands.

3. Confirm "Activation and Purge."

4. FillZ will purge your listings on the marketplace and automatically re-send your complete FillZ inventory. Any items added that are not present in your FillZ inventory will be deleted from the Marketplace.

eBay

Configure and Activate:

You must have an eBay Store account to list on eBay

1. To begin activation, please click "Settings" -> "Marketplaces" -> "Configuration for eBay."

2. Before we send your listings to eBay, we require a value in the Filter and Promotion field (even if it's 0.01 for the minimum price). You must also fill out the information in the Payment section. When you have entered these values, please click "Save" and proceed to Step 3.

3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Activate link with eBay."

4. You will be prompted to log in to your eBay account. Once you have logged in, you will be redirected back to the FillZ Marketplaces page.

Important Notes:

• If you wish to list on Half.com, your eBay link must be activated prior to activating Half.com.

• If you wish to list on Half.com and not eBay, you will still have to activate your eBay link, but you can set your price filter under Filter and Promotion (described above) to "99999" and save the changes. Items under this price will not be exported to eBay. Please note: If you do not wish to sell on eBay, but only Half.com, you do not need an eBay store. You can activate your free eBay account using the instructions above.

• If step 2 above has not been completed, your items will not be exported to eBay.

• If you would like your items to appear on eBay Express, please click [Market:eBay Express|eBay Express here] for more information.

• Please do not enable "Auto-repricing" in your eBay settings if you do not have a pricing script.

eBay ProStores

This market is in beta-test. We are not currently offering Customer Support for this market.

1. To begin activation, please click "Settings" -> "Marketplaces" -> "Configuration for ProStores."

2. Enter your ProStore shortname, UserID and password. To retrieve your shortname, go to the "Store Administration" page, click "Store" -> Server menu. Your "shortname" is a number.

3. Click "Save."

On this settings page you can upload templates for each media type.

Gemm

Please verify your catalog name with Gemm before you activate your account in FillZ.

Configure:

1. To begin activation, please click "Settings" -> "Marketplaces" -> "Configuration for Gemm.com."

2. Enter your Gemm.com User ID (your Gemm catalog name), password and FTP password. Click Save & Verify. If you receive an error message, please review your Gemm.com account information. Please verify your catalog name with Gemm before you enter it in the User ID field. This field is used to identify your upload files. If you do not contact Gemm first, the files FillZ exports will not be recognized.

3. Enter a value for the Order Retrieval interval. 1 hour is the minimum and 4 hours is the default. We will retrieve your orders according to the time-frame you specify. Please note: It takes at least 1 hour to retrieve new orders from your marketplaces, adjust the quantities and export changes to other venues.

4. The file format should remain as "Gemm Tab."

5. Click "Save."

Last Step: Activate

1. Click "Marketplaces".

2. Click"Activate" under Configuration for Gemm

3. Confirm "Activation and Purge".

4. FillZ will purge your listings on the marketplace and automatically re-send your complete FillZ inventory. Any items added that are not present in your FillZ inventory will be deleted from the Marketplace.

Important Notes:

• Inventory: Gemm can only process purges at this time; we can't delete items or upload inventory changes every 1-4 hours as we do with other sites. We do a purge automatically to your Gemm account twice a day: 10:12am and 22:12pm.

• Payments: Gemm allows sellers to process their own payments. We may grab an order before the payment is received. The payment status will be "UNKNOWN" for these orders. Our system currently can't update payment status. You'll have to manually track it based on Gemm's email. We suggest you move all Gemm orders with "UNKNOWN" payment status to DEFERRED and move them to IN-PROCESS to ship them after you get a payment confirmation email from Gemm.

• Shipping: You can configure your own shipping method choices on Gemm. We'll display your shipping method text as it is up to 80 characters. This limit is set by Gemm. However, no default postage method will be applied to orders from Gemm. You'll always need to reset mail method for these orders.

Half.com

Activate:

You must have an eBay account before you can activate your Half.com account. Please ensure that you have already activated your eBay link prior to enabling your Half.com account.

1. To begin activation, please click "Settings" -> "Marketplaces" -> "Configuration for Half.com."

2. Check the "Active" box and click on "Save and Verify". You should receive the following message: "No verification is available. If your eBay settings are correct, Half.com connectivity should work too. Changes saved." This is normal.

3. If you don't already have inventory on your Half.com account, proceed to step 4. If you already have existing inventory on Half.com, please proceed to step 5.

4. Click on the "Back to List" button, then click on the "Activate" button under "Configuration for Half.com" page.

5. To purge and replace your Half.com inventory with your FillZ inventory click on the "Delete Items from Half.com". You will be taken to a page with more instruction on how to initiate a manual purge for Half.com.

6. Your activation is complete!

Important Notes

• If you wish to list on Half.com and not eBay, you will still have to activate your eBay link. For more information, please click here.

TextbookX

Please contact mailto:gkatz@akademos.com to receive an FTP account. This is required to allow FillZ to communicate with TextbookX.

Configure:

1. To begin activation, please click "Settings" -> "Marketplaces" -> "Configuration for TextbookX."

2. Enter your TextbookX Seller ID, FTP User ID, TextbookX email, password and FTP password.

3. The file format should remain as "TextbookX."

4. Enter a value for the Order Retrieval interval. 1 hour is the minimum and 4 hours is the default. We will retrieve your orders according to the time-frame you specify. Please note: It takes at least 1 hour to retrieve new orders from your marketplaces, adjust the quantities and export changes to other venues.

5. Click "Save."

Last Step: Activate

1. Click "Marketplaces".

2. Click"Activate" under Configuration for TextbookX.

3. Confirm "Activation and Purge".

4. FillZ will purge your listings on the marketplace and automatically re-send your complete FillZ inventory. Any items added that are not present in your FillZ inventory will be deleted from the Marketplace.

Important Notes:

• You must enter tracking numbers for your orders on the Orders -> Batch Move page for orders to be automatically confirmed on TextbookX OR you can use the "Upload Endicia Result File" button on the Postage page. This will also allow TextbookX to waive their $0.79 flat fee.

Valore Books

Please contact Valore Customer Support to receive an FTP account. This is required to allow FillZ to communicate with Valore.

Configure:

1. To begin activation, please click "Settings" -> "Marketplaces" -> "Configuration for Valore."

2. Enter your Valore FTP ID and FTP password.

3. The file format should remain as "Amazon-Tab separated."

4. Enter a value for the Order Retrieval interval. 1 hour is the minimum and 4 hours is the default. We will retrieve your orders according to the time-frame you specify. Please note: It takes at least 1 hour to retrieve new orders from your marketplaces, adjust the quantities and export changes to other venues.

5. Click "Save."

Last Step: Activate

1. Click "Marketplaces".

2. Click"Activate" under Configuration for Valore.

3. Confirm "Activation and Purge".

4. FillZ will purge your listings on the marketplace and automatically re-send your complete FillZ inventory. Any items added that are not present in your FillZ inventory will be deleted from the Marketplace.

Important Notes:

• We do not yet have order confirmation implemented. Please confirm on the Valore web site for now.

Custom Marketplace

Please note you are able to add 3 Custom Marketplaces without incurring additional charges. Activation of Custom Markets 4-6 incurs a 0.1% fee surcharge per Marketplace. This fee is based on your totaly revenue from all non-custom sites."

Configure:

1. To begin activation, please click "Settings" -> "Marketplaces" -> "Configuration for Custom X".

2. Enter your FTP Hostname, FTP User ID and FTP password. If you're unsure of where to obtain this information, please contact the marketplace you are trying to add.

3. Choose the appropriate file format that is accepted by the Marketplace.

4. Click "Save".
