8. How am I billed for using FillZ?

When you first sign up for FillZ, you're registered as a "FillZ Standard" user. Your First 30 days are RISK-FREE. If you terminate your account within the first 30 days of use, you pay nothing. If you continue to use FillZ beyond the 30 day trial, you will receive an invoice for the first month of use. We charge between 0.5% and 1% commission on your sales, excluding shipping. The minimum fee that you will pay is $50.00 per month. Here is a schedule of the Commission fees we charge for a FillZ Standard account:

under $3000 revenue -> $50

$3,000-$10,000 revenue ->$50 + 1.0% of revenue above $3,000

$10,000+ revenue-> $120:::+ 0.5% of revenue above $10,000

Inventory minimum fee: $1.00 per 1000 listings. **This fee only applies if it exceeds the amount that you owe based on the schedule above. We have provided examples below representing how our Fee Schedule works:

Example 1: If you have 5,000 listings on FillZ and revenue of $2,000 for the month. The first $3,000 is charged at the minimum of $50. Your inventory fee would be $5 and therefore not apply since your existing fees exceeded this. Your bill: $50.

Example 2: If you have 10,000 listings on FillZ and revenue of $7,000 for the month. The first $3,000 is charged at $50, the next $4,000 is charged at $40 per month for a total of $90 per month. Your inventory fee would be $10 and therefore not apply since your existing fees exceeded this. Your bill: $90.

Example 3: If you have 100,000 listings on FillZ and revenue of $7,000 for the month. The first $3,000 is charged at $50, the next $4,000 is charged at $40 per month for a total of $90 per month. Your inventory fee would be $100 and you would be charged $100 vs. $90. Your bill: $100.
