6. What does “unmatched” mean?

When FillZ cannot locate an item in your inventory from an order, it will mark this order as UNMATCHED. In the event of such orders, FillZ will email you a list of UNMATCHED orders on a daily basis. You can then do manual searches on unmatched titles in FillZ to find the items. Please process these orders manually to prevent future double sales.
