22. Why are orders showing on the Marketplace but not on FillZ?

Order retrieval can be delayed due to several factors. For example, Amazon sometimes takes from 15 minutes up to 4 hours to generate a Fulfillment Report. If you see a delay of over 6 hours, please let us know and we will investigate.

Another reason this may happen is if you have processed an order directly on the marketplace before FillZ had a chance to retrieve it. We ask that you wait until all orders are appearing in your FillZ account before you process them directly online.
