21. What does it mean when I get "Not able to confirm / set tracking" when I try to change an order to In-Process status?

You will get this message if we attempt to move an order to In Process, you have auto-confirm turned on in your AbeBooks/Alibris Settings, but the customer's credit card has been declined or the customer has cancelled the order.

You may also get this message if we attempt to send AbeBooks tracking information when an order is moved to Complete, but the order was not confirmed. To ensure that the order is confirmed, we recommend setting the auto-confirmation checkbox on the AbeBooks settings page.

You will also get this message if there is a problem with our connection to AbeBooks or Alibris or if the login information for AbeBooks/Alibris is incorrect.
