17. How do I cancel orders?

Cancelling orders is a two-step process. In order to be exempt from a commission fee from FillZ, you must move the item to "Cancelled" status within FillZ. For more information on Moving Orders, please click here. You must also cancel the order directly on the marketplace. Currently, FillZ is unable to cancel orders on the markets on a seller's behalf. Please remember to update your inventory manually if necessary.
