15. If I have an inventory on Amazon, how do I send it to FillZ?

You can accomplish this in a few easy steps. First, you want to download your "Open-Listings Report" from Amazon.


Downloading an Open Listings Report from Amazon:

Please note that you must have a Pro Merchant account on Amazon in order to use FillZ, and to follow the instructions below.


Log into your Amazon seller account and click on "Inventory Reports" under Manage your Inventory, select "Open Listings Report" and click on "Request report".

When the report is ready you will receive an e-mail from Amazon.

  1. Click on the link in the e-mail to see the report.
  2. From the File menu, select [Save]. The "Save As" dialog box will appear.
  3. Change the "Save As Type" to text (.txt).
  4. Select the directory/folder on your computer where you want to save the file and click [Save].


  • Please make sure you write down the name of the folder for future reference. I suggest you save it to the desktop so it will be easy to find later.


Importing your file to FillZ:

  1. Sign into your FillZ account.
  2. Click on "Start" then "Import".
  3. Select "Amazon-tab separated" as the file format.
  4. Browse for the Open Listings Report on your computer.
  5. Click on "Add/Modify/Delete".


If you already have inventory in your FillZ account and you want to replace it with the file you got from Amazon, instead of following the steps above to import your file, please do this:

Importing your file to FillZ with a PURGE:

  1. Sign into your FillZ account.
  2. Click on "Start" then "Import".
  3. Select "Amazon-tab separated" as the file format.
  4. Browse for the Open Listings Report on your computer.
  5. Click on "Purge and Replace".
