1. How do I process an order?

All orders are considered "Processed" once they have been moved to "Complete" status in FillZ. Once they are in this status your buyer will receive an email confirmation indicating that the book has been shipped. There are a few different statuses in between "New" and "Complete" and they may or may not be relevant depending on how you manage your orders.
