1. How do I delete my inventory from FillZ?

You will need to import an empty file into your FillZ account using the "Advanced Import" function. If you're not using inventory software (IE: HomeBase, SellerEngine, BookTrakker, etc.), you can still delete your inventory using the instructions below.
Please ensure that you save a copy of your FillZ inventory, if necessary, as we may not be able to recover your inventory once it has been deleted.

1. Using a spreadsheet program (Excel, Access, etc.) create a tab-delimited text file with the following headers:
- sku
- product-id
- product-id-type
- condition
- price
2. Leave all of the fields under these columns blank.
3. In FillZ, click "Start" -> "Import" -> "Advanced Import".
4. Check the box beside "Override safety", uncheck the box beside "Test" and click "Purge and Replace".
5. Your inventory will be removed from FillZ within a few minutes.
